My Iris Collection Obsession!
I still adore an actual book in my hands...turning the paper...old school style! And the smell of a bookstore has to be in the top 3 favorite smells in my world!
So of course, I had to paint a few bookmarks and combine my passion for books and painting.
2" x 8"
Oil on watercolor paper.
Signed and sealed. Pretty ribbons hang from the bookmark as well as a few silver vintage flower beads. These beads have been in my possession for over 25 years, just waiting to adorn the right piece. I think they fit perfectly with these bookmarks and gives them a few more pieces of me!
They match the purple iris paintings and also available as notecards.
