Grandma Lucy, the matriarch of Odd Man Inn Animal Refuge. She had a beautiful retirement after her rescue. When it was her time to cross the rainbow bridge, she was given dignity and lots of spoils.
I painted her for Wendy and Josh from OMI but they wanted to make it a fundraiser, which ended up raising over $1100!
These gicleé fine art prints were put on raw burlap canvases. There is a pretty copper nail in each corner. And each print has a sealer protecting it and even giving it a little sheen!
They aren’t perfect, there’s a little jiggle in the burlap (and hence on sale) but they are sturdy and make a beautiful piece, even if you didn’t know G’ma Lucy. Her sweet face and little housecoat is a definite conversation starter!
